Debutante Clothing offers a hassle free - stress free return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return it - no questions asked. We value our customers more!

Because our return policy is so generous, we ask you to follow our easy policy for a smooth transaction:

Please contact us within 36 hours of receiving package if you wish to return. No exceptions please.
Sale and Clearance items are final sale
Jewelry, purses, and accessories are not eligible for return
Furs are not eligible for return
Vintage older than 1930s is not eligible for return due to its fragility
items purchased in our showroom are not eligible for return
Items must be unworn with all original tags including Debutante Clothing tags. We reserve the right to refuse a return.
A 10% Restocking Fee will be charged and can be used as store credit for a future purchase.

BUYER RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING FEES

All shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible for lost/stolen/missing parcels you ship back to us. Please insure and get tracking and delivery confirmation for all returns. Buyer also responsible for any other additional fees that may incur outside of Debutante Clothing (ie Paypal/credit card fees).

BUYING VINTAGE

Debutante Clothing does its professional best to describe and photograph the vintage clothes on the website as you would see them in person. If you ever have questions about color, sizing, fit about any of our garments we are more than happy to assist you prior to ordering. Remember when buying vintage you are purchasing a garment that is often 20 years old or older! Pleas understand that these garments have been worn, preloved, and will show some signs of age.

When purchasing from our store you are agreeing to our shop policies and that you have read the full condition of a garment and viewed all the photos available.

Vintage clothing is rare and special. This policy ensures your happiness and fairness to Debutante Clothing. Debutante Clothing is a member of the Vintage Fashion Guild, so you can rest assured we are vetted professionals.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

All items on SALE/CLEARANCE and purchased during a SALE promotion are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned for store credit, refund, or exchange. All LINGERIE, JEWELRY, SWIMWEAR, and ACCESSORIES are FINAL SALE.

USING YOUR STORE CREDIT

Once we receive your return order we will generate a code for you within 1-3 buiness days to use at checkout on your next order. Store credit codes expire within 6 months of issue.
